For a more detailed list, there are a couple of amazing websites that lists the best pet friendly hotels in the United States. They are called Pets Welcome and Bring Fido. They list not only hotels but also vacation rentals, destinations, a trip planner, and places to visit. If you choose to board your pet so you can vacation separately keep in mind that Taylor Pond boards dogs here in San Diego County.
